The NRA's lunatic mantra...even more guns?
Memorial Day 2014...
A shout-out to my next door neighbor, Willie, wounded in Vietnam, paralyzed from the waist down, drank himself to death within one year of returning home.
We NRA conservatives love guns and a good war...as long as we don't have to fight in 'em.
If you are this type of individual...we welcome you...for you are an agent of change for living as opposed to killing.
Otherwise, continue to trod in the herd of "near-do-wells."
Brick and Mortar and "E-Fairness"
Lately, there has been a television commercial requesting that businesses providing services via the Internet, be taxed as would be brick and mortar outlets. I question taxing businesses on the Internet as somehow making the playing field more fair, when in fact brick and mortar outlets do not or will not provide their wares on the Internet, which shows a lack of business skills.
I have even offered to provide a web page at no charge to get them started...they refused. This was the instance with the brick and mortar bookstore in Dublin, VA that recently closed its doors.
