We either progress or regress...no nation stands still in time.
I've always said and firmly believe that entrepreneurs are this nation's problem solvers...
Three topics of interest to me over the years were "Reclamation and Recycling" which I chose to address in some capacity http://theroanoketribune.com/photo6.html, the second was desalinization plants that are being built in Florida and California, and finally fracking, which appears not to be getting better.
A major concern was contaminated water coming into homes and businesses resulting from the process. I thought water purification systems in each home and business would minimize the problem?
However, this article from October of 2013 shows why "fracked-up" water continues to besiege homes and families.

He's not "progressive" he therefore must be "regressive."
It began in the nineties and has continued since...

Progress will bring sundry problems...recycling is one way to solve them.
