A Comparable Study:

  The social philosophy illustrated in Weber's "The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism" was a catalyst in pre-Hitler's Germany toward financial acclimation lead by right wing, conservative, Christian (Aryan, of course) pillars of civil society. Capitalism morphed from Adam Smith's definition to Hitler's National Socialism and we all know the consequences of that debacle. However, the lesson learned from history is that this maniacal extremism never could have gotten off the ground without the assistance of some well-placed Judas' goats who may have in some cases unwittingly promoted this insanity via the media and public diatribes. It has been obvious from the start of Limbaugh's neo-fascist rhetoric as to where he stands and his goals, but the likes of Hannity(a Catholic), Levin (a Jew), Steele (a Black), Jindal (a former Hindu), Mike Weiner(pronounced "whiner"aka Michael Savage...a Jew), Drudge (a Jew) and others of the same ilk...may want to caution themselves from these lessons of history in possibly opening Pandora's Box. Just as these individuals may consider themselves to be patriotic Americans upholding its values, so did the Jews and others who felt the same way about what eventually became Nazi Germany. Long story short, a never to be forgotten genocide that ended that nation's existence with half of it becoming mercifully redeemed by true American ethics and the other half enslaved by international totalitarianism(communism) for approximately 50 years. Has mankind yet to learn from his folly?

American Conservatism or resurgence of the John Birch Society...representative of true American democratic values or reinstitution of White Anglo-Saxon Protestantism? A nation based on Christian ideals alone or ideals established by men who were members of Freemasonry...seeking divine guidance by excluding any particular religious dogma? A society composed of members who brought the best of their spiritual beliefs including tenets of Catholicism, Judaism, and Islam... consequently, E Pluribus Unum and in God We Trust.

Purification of the Republican Party...

A myth in the making, for this party fired in the crucible of American opinion has only produced that which weakens a great nation, leaving the residue of ill will in the world.

Barry Goldwater: "Extremism in defense of liberty is no vice..." 

Richard Nixon: "Your president is not a crook..." 

Gerald Ford: "I'm a Ford, not a Lincoln..."

Ronald Reagan: "All bold colors with no pastels.." Eventually succumbing to political shades of grey.

George Bush 1: "A new world order..." Based on old world politics?

George Bush 2: "Saddam tried to kill my father..." An extreme price paid to fulfill a personal legacy.

Dick Cheney: "I have to go with Rush Limbaugh...politically" Corporate hustlers in it for personal gain with others making the sacrifice of life and limb.

John McCain: A good man who put party before his conscience and the real concerns of America.

Newt Gingrich: Just generally a "has been".

Does purification (code word used by Hitler) in fact mean establishing their "new world order" with played out "WASPish" principles? If so, the Jews and "minorities" (ne'er do wells) have learned nothing from history and where angels fear to tread, "Rush" in as the fools from America.

"I'm from the government and I'm here to help you..."

This is a paraphrase of an often used jest by Ronald Reagan. It should be known that my impression of the Republican Party was that of corporations, big businesses, Wall Street, banking ripoffs (Savings and Loan debacle and now the current meltdown) as well as those red, white and blue "patriots" who could beat the draft or otherwise wouldn't go near a military base in time of conflict. Consequently, I have not been a supporter of the Republican Party nor any President of the Republican persuasion. They have shown what they would do to the stability and safety of this nation when left to their own devices. I am a strong supporter of what President Obama is trying to do, but I feel it's like trying to teach a kid (our nation) how to ride a bicycle and too afraid to let go. The administration has to stop coming to the microphone to say what the government is going to do to help us, instead of letting us take our lumps, meaning some car manufacturers, banks, and housing  industries have to take the fall in order to maintain not just solvency but the semblance thereof with our creditors. We have over the past 100 years miscontrued that which is a privilege to that of a right, but which has since devolved into wanton license. My life time hero was and still is Booker T. Washington and he equated getting an education to entering paradise; whereas today, it's just a method of working the system. Dumb in, dumb out. Yet, we wonder why we are losing our legacy.  America is being forced to take its medicine. We have to accept greater responsibility for personal healthcare by saying that if you smoke...you die (but on our dime?). If you drink and drive, you not only could die but kill someone in the process(so buckle up?). In other words, the government can't continue to sugar coat the consequences of reality by saying what it's going to do to help us. The nation must grow up and the administration has to let go of the bicycle. 

The Duplicity... 

The hypocritical hoopla about human rights in Iran when only fifty years ago, black American children were being pasted against buildings with fire hoses, white and black civil rights workers were being shot and lynched at will for just wanting to vote, and just yesterday Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act  was attempted to be struck down with the only apparent tool appointed to the Supreme Court to stall and/or undermine the accomplishments of these civil rights leaders who sacrificed their lives. If Thomas is not a throw back to a plantation "straw boss" looking out for "massa" then the reality of slavery, lynching, and civil rights were a myth and lost lives were for naught in letting this country know how the rest of the world may see it when it goes about pointing its fingers at others.

Jeff Sessions...the personification of Alabama

Given his " so-called conservative, right-wing, patriotically pretentious" stand against soon-to-be Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, with a position as an American seeking "classic American" values, Sessions should use the rest of his political life to reflect on his judicial philosophy as an US Attorney for the district of Mobile, Alabama. Sessions recorded history of attempting to defeat any progress in civil rights in Alabama by equating such activity as communist inspired is akin to the infamous Alabama  Governor George Wallace.  Sessions should also reflect on his statements about the KKK of Alabama after they murdered and hung a black man, when saying he thought they were just a bunch of good ole boys until he found out they smoked pot, akin to one of his sympathizers, David Duke of the KKK. Mr. Sessions, just in case the so-called conservative Republicans consider you as their voice or just in case you are seeking a capacity as a Federal judge, or heaven forbid, a candidate for the Presidency of the US...I don't think you would stand the muster of any litmus test...moral, political, or otherwise. Likewise Alabama, your support of Sessions as your senator simply reveals your true colors, character, and ignorance. However, records show that you do have one very strong admirer in Rush Limbaugh...guilt by association. 

Limbaugh...AM Radio Leader of the Cult of Loudmouths/Empty Heads

If there was ever any evidence as to the abyss of ignorance in a cult like fashion that floats like a smog in certain pockets of American society, it certainly has shown itself in these embattled discussions over healthcare. What's so incomprehensive is that they are prompted by Limbaugh's ditto heads which include Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, and now Neal Boortz, who is beside himself because he's going into the Radio Hall of Fame. He's simply giddy that his "mobfather" Limbaugh might be there to welcome him. Is there no shame? Nevertheless, I am still trying to find one thing these individuals have done for this nation that is or was not self-serving; so far no one else has. They are no more than "talk-show hucksters" peddling their "conservative snake oil remedies"...not one viable solution to the problems this nation faces. I key in on Limbaugh because he can't seem to rise beyond AM talk radio. He tried television, once, twice, thrice...failed miserably. Then there was "Operation Chaos", promoting GM and SUV's, Zicam...all failures, and now he has to hawk personally ads from his sponsors like the Heritage Foundation. I would think that if the Heritage Foundation has as much intelligent insight as boasted, why would they select second-rated, talk-show hosts to promote its message? Wake up America and stop showing the world as to how abyssmally stupid you can be.

More Right Wing Republican Race-Baiting??

Patrick J. Buchanan wrote an article for the World Net Daily entitled "Traditional Americans are losing their Nation". Sounds like something that's been debated time and time again with no merit; something that's been promoted by the "posse comitatus", the white supremacists in the hills of Idaho and surrounding areas, the "Neo-nazis", the spotters of the "black ops" helicopters, Rush Limbaugh's invocations, Mark Levin's tirades who's not white but a Jew, so on and so forth.

Pat, if your depth perception could get beyond race, you would know that this country does not belong to your "traditional Americans" but to all true Americans; Americans who have and will continue to put their lives on the line in the military; whereas, many of your traditional Americans never participated in the military, but run off at the mouth with hawkish political appeals advocating war at the drop of a hat. That goes for Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Neal Boortz, and other patriotic hypocrites. However, as classic capitalists you learned how to make a fortune off of the suffering of those who have lost their lives in defense of this nation.

As a matter of fact you probably don't  consider native blacks as traditional Americans, but history shows that blacks since the beginning of the American Revolution have fought and died for this country. As a race, black Americans are more traditional than any other group including your ancestors that more than likely came over a few generations later. However, if black Americans ever started to judge this nation by who eventually compose it based on race,  I would condemn them as quickly as I condemn you in race-baiting tactics. True patriotism goes much deeper than the skin, as a matter of fact, into one's soul. 

The True Meaning of Christmas...

It's that time of season whereby in Christian tradition, the gift of a redeemer is celebrated and later recognized by all religious beliefs as a deciding factor in the course of mankind's history...the gift that keeps on giving, despite all of the turmoil since his ultimate gift, his life by that same cruel humanity.

At this time of very mixed emotions of how we as a nation appear before the world, it is notable to remember those who are sacrificing the comfort and safety of their homes in being vigilant and prepared to sacrifice their lives which are just as important as the"Redeemer's" to his family and loved ones. Our military, the gift that keeps on giving and protecting.

So, for those right wing neo-patriots such as Pat Buchanan, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Neal Boortz, Mark Levin, and a few others not worth mentioning, who retreat to their wealthy confines with their family and friends, just keep in mind the true saviours of this great nation...those on the front lines of life and death. Otherwise, your celebration during this season may not exist...let alone, have traditional meaning.

As a nation under siege, how morally correct can we afford to be and survive?

As the owner and solely responsible for the output, I can take certain argumentative stances with the possibility of raising a certain amount of ire with those who are recipients of my blogs. However, I posed this consideration in a blog to the main newspaper in the Valley, a few months back, the Roanoke Times, and received a volley of opinions. Let's see what happens this time. I asserted that if an individual was found guilty of acts of felony against any member of our free society in a fair and just court process, he forfeits all civil rights upon being imprisoned for that duration. I believe that an individual who murders either by premeditation or under the influence while operating a vehicle should forfeit his life in prison, and again losing all civil rights...these are just some starters for the debate and I will expand as I receive various responses. Limbaugh losing public appeal?

It seemed very coincidental that while the President of the US and team are using a working vacation to fill in security gaps caused by the Nigerian Muslim with the smoking underwear, just so happens, Limbaugh is in the vicinity golfing, loafing, and more than likely smoking cigars, imbibing alcohol, and who knows what else, and suffers a phantom heart attack. Well, guess what dufus? That lifestyle of yours of which you don't hesitate to promote can and will cause heart attacks; whereas, yours was apparently a gimmick to get some public attention and even some good jokes. One blogger said, I'd gladly donate a heart to Limbaugh, just give me a scalpel with a "liberal" close by...yuk, yuk. Who says conservatives don't have a sense of humor? On a serious note, Limbaugh is gradually losing his appeal and being upstaged by fill-in hosts that are lot smoother, not as divisive, wittier, and maintaining the advertising base as opposed to the old, played-out Limbaugh "whine and dine" rhetoric about the President. The exception would be Walter Williams, who sounds as though he got his PhD from "Matchbook U". The handwriting is on the wall, and Limbaugh probably saw it clearly with the attack of indigestion. On top of that he uses the podium to castigate healthcare reform. All the while, this implant coming out of his skull was a result of his unhealthy lifestyle as an oxy addict. Face it...the stage lights are dimming with none at the end of the tunnel for the rabid, right-wing motor mouth. 

Limbaugh Ordered Back to the Mike, a day early.

The gas bag has been ordered to get off his duff and back to blowing hot air following his fake attack. So to the "lard of laziness" off of your fat you know what and do what you do best...bamboozle with errant BS.

Face it, Brother Steele... 

Your Republican Party is still a staid, old and grey bastion of white male supremacists, oops! I meant "conservatives". You may want to go over some of the previously written articles from above to see why this is so. No number of people of color, male or female will prove otherwise. You are simply out of touch with reality...my brother.
